Before going on the courts:

Avoid touching your mouth, nose or eyes during the lesson.

Please make sure that you sanitize your hands prior to entering the courts.

Stay at least six feet apart at all times.

Bring hand sanitizer and something to drink, i.e. water; please see Tennis Canada guidelines by clicking here and Tennis Quebec guidelines by clicking here.

After the lesson:

Sanitize your hands, wash yourself and your clothes, and come see us again soon!
